 What To Expect
All you need to do is call us, we do the rest. Just let us know what time and day is good for you and we will work with your schedule. Our inspections times’ are based on a first come first serve basis. Time is of the essence, be aware of your contract time frame, so you may have the time slot that works for you.
As our client, we invite you to attend your inspection. This gives you the first hand information, and provides you the opportunity to ask questions on site. Our reports are computer generated and are accompanied by pictures, which also include repairs that are needed, if any. Reports are then emailed to clients within 24 hours of your inspection and are issued per client request. |

Re-Inspection $75
This fee is charged when a property has to be revisited due to utilities being off at time of original inspection or to confirm repairs made.
